The trailing edge of a wing is the rear edge of the wing, where the airflow separated by the leading edge rejoins after passing over and under the top and bottom surfaces of the wing.

Equipment that may be attached to the trailing edge of an aircraft's wing includes:

• flaps
• ailerons
• elevators
• rudder
• flaperons
• elevons
• servo tabs
• anti-servo tabs
• trim tabs
• anti-shock bodies
• static dischargers
