Macaé Airport (IATA: MEA, ICAO: SBME), is the airport serving the city of Macaé, in the north of the state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It is located 6 km from the city center and most of its movement (98%) is related to helicopter flights to/from offshore oil platforms of the Campos basin.
