Dundee Airport is situated within the main city of Tayside, only two miles from Dundee City Centre, and less than 10 minutes by taxi from mainline rail and bus stations. It is quick and easy to access from Fife via the nearby Tay Road Bridge and lies within five minutes of the main Scottish Trunk Road network. Taxis are easily available at the airport, and car hire companies deliver and collect cars at the airport by prior arrangement. Regional buses serve all the local towns and there are frequent services by Express Coach or Train, to Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Perth, Glasgow, Stirling, Glenrothes, and all other main centres on the railway network. A wide choice of hotel and bed and breakfast accommodation is available within a short taxi ride. Dundee Airport’s modern terminal building provides a comfortable environment for passengers including rapid check-in and baggage retrieval, free car parking, refreshments and facilities for the disabled. For leisure and sporting visitors Dundee Airport provides quick access to famous golf courses at St Andrews, Gleneagles and Carnoustie, or to the River Tay for salmon and trout fishing, or to the famous game sports of the Highland Estates. Scot Airways operates five daily weekday return flights between Dundee and London-City Airport, plus weekend services.
