The single terminal building is open from 7am until 9:30pm during summer, closing half an hour earlier during winter. Among its modern facilities are ATMs, a bureau de change, and baby change rooms. A food court is located on the ground floor offering self-service meals and refreshments, while an a la carte restaurant and bar is situated on the first floor. In arrivals there is a coffee shop / bar. A few shops, including a florist, convenience store and newsagent, are located in the main terminal. Facilities for disabled passengers include specially designed toilets, dedicated parking, ramps, lifts, wide doorways, and staff assistance. The airport information desk is located on the ground floor of the terminal. Jersey Bus Service no.15 links the airport terminal with several nearby towns departing every 20-minutes during summer and 30-minutes during winter.
Taxis are available from outside the terminal, while car hire is also possible. The airport is located on the western side of the island about five miles out from St Peter.
